AIS has established the following privacy policy and is engaged in activities to formulate, implement, maintain, and improve our in-house systems for managing personal information.

1. When collecting personal information, we clearly define the purpose and do so through lawful and appropriate means. Moreover, when using or providing such information, we will do so only to the extent necessary to achieve that purpose. We will also take measures to prevent the use of personal information for purposes other than those specified.
2. We will enact measures to prevent and address unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
3. Even when we outsource the processing of personal information, we do so under our supervision.
4. We will comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, as well as government guidelines and other relevant laws.
5. We will establish a personal information protection management system, review it on an ongoing basis, and continuously improve it.
6. We will ensure that all employees are fully informed about the proper handling of personal information through training.
7. We will establish a dedicated contact point for inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, and we will respond appropriately and promptly to requests for disclosure, complaints, and consultations.
